Pada entry yg lepas saya ada bagitau yang kami akan 'menerima' pelajar-pelajar dari POLITEKNIK kan.. Okay mereka datang kesini untuk mengikuti Program Pelancongan selama lebih kurang sebulan lebih. Pihak kami perlu sediakan tempat penginapan, makan (5x Sehari) dan juga pengangkutan dari tempat penginapan ke tempat belajar di PTMC.
Kami tempatkan peserta program ini di Spring Ville Apartment, Ukay Perdana, Kuala Lumpur. Kami telah bekerjasama dengan Puncak Jaya Property (PJP) bagi menyediakan penginapan (ASRAMA) dan juga pengangkutan. Allhamdulillah, Dia mempermudahkan segala urusan kami. PJP telah menyediakan perkhidmatan HOSTEL ini sejak bulan Januari 2012. Dengan adanya perkhidmatan sebegini, memudahkan lagi Institut2 seperti kami menyediakan latihan dan penginapan yang selesa untuk peserta program/kursus selepas ini.

Banyak IPTS yang telah bekerjasama dengan PJP untuk penempatan pelajar mereka di SPRING VILLE APARTMENT (SVA) . Di SVA ini juga turut disediakan kemudahan seperti kolam renang, surau, gim (belum beroperasi) dan lain-lain lagi.

Asrama dibawah penyedilaan PJP juga turut disediakan Guard dan juga WARDEN. PJP juga turut menyediakan perkhidmatan pengangkutan (bas/van) untuk membawa peserta program dari Asrama ke tempat belajar. Setiap peserta yang tinggal di Asrama ini juga perlu mematuhi peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak PJP dan juga pihak kami.
Lega sangat bila tau ada guard dan warden yang akan menjaga peserta kami sepanjang masa, sekurang-kurangnya keselamatan mereka terjamin. (kecuali mereka yg cari pasal). Harap-harap tidak ada perkara yang tak elok terjadi sepanjang program tersebut berlansung. Pelajar juga tidak dibenarkan pulang ke Asrama melebihi dari waktu yang telah ditetapkan.
